Returns for Store Credit
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Home goods
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed to email@example.com. You are responsible for the $8 required to send a return label! This will be deducted from the final amount of store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit (minus shipping costs BOTH ways) will be emailed via code, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged good and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying the $8 shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping AND original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
